This policy explains how www.yoannregis.com collects and processes your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data I collect

• Contact form: name, email, company/website and message, submitted voluntarily by you. Processing handled via the processor Web3Forms.
• Analytics: anonymised browsing statistics (page views, source, device) via Google Analytics 4, only after your consent.

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your enquiries (form): legal basis = pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest in handling a contact request.
• Measuring and improving the site (analytics): legal basis = your consent, freely given and withdrawable at any time.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses Google Tag Manager driven by Consent Mode v2. By default, no analytics or advertising cookie is set: everything stays "denied" until you agree. A banner lets you accept, reject, or choose per category.

The Marketing (advertising / remarketing) and Functional(preferences) categories are offered as choices, butno cookie from these categories is set to date.

Managing your consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:reopen the cookie panel, or via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which the banner reappears.

• Google (Google Analytics 4 / Tag Manager) — analytics, under consent.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — anonymised behavioural analytics (heatmaps, session recordings), under consent.
• Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form messages.
• Hostinger — site hosting.
• YouCanBook.me — appointment booking (if you click the booking link).

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (notably Google and Microsoft) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the mechanisms provided under the GDPR: Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Retention periods

• Form messages: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of our exchanges, as well as to meet any legal obligations.

Your rights
